What we look for

The makers we work with.

We choose suppliers carefully, because our customers' trust depends on yours.

You don't need export experience or certificates to start. If you hold food-safety or quality certificates, share them. If not, we will tell you which ones the U.S. market requires and help you plan for them.

What we look for

Seven things every supplier needs.

Clean, safe production

Tidy workspace, safe materials, and for foods, good hygiene.

Willingness to follow a specification

Honest communication

How it works

Eight steps, from first email to repeat orders.

  1. 1

    Introduce

    Email company details and products.

  2. 2

    Share samples

Photos, price list, minimum order, samples.

  3. 3

    We review

Test samples against U.S. requirements and give feedback.

  4. 4

    Visit or video audit

Check workspace and process in person or by video.

  5. 5

    Trial order

Small first order so both sides can learn and adjust.

  6. 6

    Written agreement

Product specs, price, timeline and packaging in a written purchase order.

  7. 7

    Production and inspection

You make the order, we inspect before shipping.

  8. 8

    Ship and pay

We handle export paperwork and freight; payment in two parts.

Payment and paperwork

Clear terms, written down first.

How payment works

We buy products outright. A deposit is paid when the order is confirmed. The balance is paid after delivery and inspection, as agreed in the purchase order. Exact terms are written down before production begins.
