Marketplace purchases (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, others): shipping, delivery, returns and refunds follow that marketplace's policy and order page.

Wholesale and private label

Terms: FOB or delivered (DDP) quoted per order, stating who pays freight, duties, taxes.

Lead times

• Depend on product, confirmed in writing.
• Ocean Colombo to U.S. West Coast about 28 days port to port on fastest services, East Coast longer.
• Air a few days to a week door to door.
• Estimates not guarantees.

Inspect on arrival

Report damage, shortage or error to hello@pazzlo.com within the period stated in your order terms with photos and order number.

Defects and errors

Repair, replace or credit per order terms.

Custom and private label goods

Returns only for defects or errors, not change of mind.

Food products

• Lot numbers and expiry/best-before dates.
• No returns of opened food products.
• Affected customers notified of safety issues.

Supplier purchases

Per written purchase order.

Services

Cancellation and refunds per signed project agreement.
